Sure 2 Al-Baqarah (The Cow), ajet 2

ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًى لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah -
